Affiliated with NAI Global, the fourth largest commercial real estate services firm worldwide, we leverage a vast network of over 5,000 professionals and their owners and corporate clients. With more offices in more markets than any other commercial brokerage firm, we have your needs covered nationwide. In today’s market, success requires hard work and dedication to find opportunities. Our firm has grown in a down market because we have become experts at positioning buildings and tenants for success. Our History

1987     Joe Muratore and Ryan Swehla meet on the elementary school playground
1993     Kevin Dougherty founds First Commercial Real Estate and Advisory Services
2004     Ryan and Joe hatch their first plan to work together in commercial real estate (for a regional commercial real estate investment firm)
2009     Joe and Ryan found Benchmark Commercial Real Estate Services. During the worst decline in the commercial real estate market in decades, the firm grew and thrived by providing a different approach to solving clients’ needs
2011     Benchmark Commercial Real Estate joins the NAI Global Network as NAI Benchmark to provide instant and total access to the world of best practices shared by market-leading, fellow NAI Global member firms.
2013     First Commercial Real Estate and Advisory Services merges with NAI Benchmark to form the Stockton office with a total of 13 team members
2015  NAI Benchmark decides to start its commercial property services division to bring better quality control and responsiveness for our commercial real estate property owners.
Today  The firm continues to grow geographically with a total of 22 team members serving the commercial real estate needs of the Northern Central Valley (Sacramento to Fresno)
